Staging to Sell

• Consultation - for a flat fee I will come to your home and learn about your goals, expectations, and budget. I will educate you by explaining what you can do to make your home appeal to the largest number of potential buyers. We will walk through each room in your home and I will suggest specific improvements that you can easily implement yourself. This process takes about an hour. Evening and weekend appointments are available for your convenience.
  
  The consultation will end with a proposal based on your needs. Some homes will only require a few small changes that the seller can make her or himself while others require a complete transformation under the direction of a qualified staging professional.
  
  If needed, I will refer you to additional resources if you are in need of a cleaning service, painter, landscaper, packing and moving service, or furniture rental.

• Personalized DIY Action Guide - For an additional fee I will drop off (usually the next day) a detailed to-do list/action plan on what else can be done to put your home a step above the competition in your area resulting in a quicker sale at the highest price possible.
• Transformations - if required transformation time can be purchased in blocks of 4 hours. We will work side by side to transform your home into a product that potential buyers will not be able to resist! I will provide gorgeous digital "after" photos to you or your realtor for use in your online marketing.
• Vacant staging - I can assist you with staging your vacant property.

• Interiors - transforming your new or existing home into a sanctuary based on your individual style. You will be inspired by a home that is tailored to you!
• Organization - Need help getting organized? I can help you identify the root of your clutter, devise organizational systems based on your needs, and recommend products to help you take control of your clutter and your life.
• Shopping services - Furniture and accessories, window treatments, rugs, tapestries, pottery, and art.
• Plantscape Design - Have you always wanted to have plants in your home simply because they look beautiful but don't have a green thumb? I can survey the natural lighting and other conditions in your home and work with you to purchase plants that will thrive in your home. I will educate you on how to keep your plants healthy and looking their best.

Residential Real Estate Developments and Property Management

• Model home staging - I can stage your model home and have relationships with vendors that can provide rental furniture and accessories at a discount. This is perfect for luxury apartment communities and new residential townhouse or condominium projects.
